Important Reminders:
PRISM - As stated last month, PRISM is optional in 4th grade. All PRISM information can be accessed at the following link: http://go.lindberghschools.ws/Page/7598 In addition, a PRISM Q&A session for parents will be held January 14th at 7:00 PM at Long. Please turn in entry forms as soon as possible. Forms were originally due by today, but with the snow days I am sure they will be accepted on Monday. Completed PRISM projects need to be at school by February 11th in order to be checked. Finally, PRISM night is on February 20th at 3:30 PM.
Jump Rope for Heart permission slips were sent home in the students' mail folders today. Please sign and return these to school so your child may participate.
This coming Wednesday, January 15th will be an early release day with a 1:40 dismissal. Please make sure your child knows how they are going home on that day.
Class Updates:
Today we worked on writing goals for the new year. Students brainstormed the following:
- 2 new goals for the year
- 0 something I would like to stop doing
- 1 new book I want to read
- 4 new things I want to learn
We turned these goals into flip books to celebrate 2014 and refocus after break. Take a look:
