Ice Cream Social/Meet the Teacher: Stop by tonight, August 16th to check out our classroom and drop off your school supplies! Those with last names beginning with A - M please arrive between 5:30 and 6:15. Those with last names starting with N - Z, please arrive between 6:15 - 7:00. I look forward to meeting everyone!
Beginning of the year forms needed by the office will be passed out at the Ice Cream Social. Please complete these forms at your earliest convenience and return them to school with your child. I have also emailed all parents a Google Form Questionnaire to help me get to know more about your child. Please complete and submit the form by the first day of school. Thank you in advance for your help with these items!
Birthday Celebration Policy Change: A new district policy is in place this year to help protect the safety and wellness of students, especially with regard to allergens. Families are no longer permitted to bring outside food into school for birthday or other personal celebrations. If you wish to send items in, please consider alternatives to food such as stickers, bookmarks, or other small items. Thank you!
Lunch and Breakfast Menus are now interactive and online! You can access them through the Lindbergh District Website. Look under Department - Food Services and then select Menu on the left hand side. Choose Elementary - Long - Breakfast/Lunch. You can also follow this link.
Service Hours: Students interested in earning a Presidential Service Award can record their service hours throughout the year on the yellow service hour log sheet that will be coming home with students in their Tuesday mail folder. Students must complete a minimum of 50 hours of service to receive an award. Hours earned over the summer can count. Service logs will be due in the spring.
